IMPROVED MATERIALS
The new premium stainless-steel filter-holder, the upgraded brass group and the non-stick and anticorrosion coating for the boiler ensure an enhanced in-cup result and a more sustainable and durable product, with a longer lifecycle. (see below) ​

SOLENOID VALVE
The three-way solenoid valve relieves the pressure in the filter holder immediately after pulling a shot. Water empties from the filter holder via the open valve, and into the drip tray. This leaves the coffee puck dry, making it easy to clean.

CARE FOR PEOPLE
The new pump and heating system pre-assembly and the simpler wiring connection make the production more ergonomic for workers, and any intervention on the machine is easier and quicker for our engineers.

Non-stick and anticorrosion coating for the boiler
The commercial name of the coating is EXELIA 3010_B242. This type of coating is also used in professional pots and cake pans. EXELIA 3010/B242 coating conforms for contact with food in compliance with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) Regulation CFR Title 21 Par 175.300 and it conforms for contact with food in compliance with the Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
